This is a superb hotel - we used it as stop over on our way to Rome - and what an experience - staff extremely helpful - and always smiling - we enjoyed the outdoor pool/spa - and the indoor spa / wellness area - so decided to make another 2 days stay over on our way home from Rome - and will definately go back next time we are in Italy.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They went out of their way to make our stay as pleasurable as possible
While the services offered are 5 star type, some basic services are surprisingly missing (room service, satelitte tv ...)

The hotel has a lovely setting, is trendy, very clean and offers a variety of facilities. The staff is also friendly and helpful. Especially Vito - aka 007 Bond - in the restaurant.
I have no complaints as such, but wish that there was a proper shelf in the bathroom to put cosmetics on. It was also very difficult to read in bed as the tablelight isn't high enough to shine into the book and to have the ceiling light on isn't very cosy. I found it more than a little irritating not to be able to watch any news on tv in any other language than Italian. Just because one is on holiday - and in Italy - doesn't mean that one doesn't want to keep in touch with the rest of the happenings in the world. Sky/BBC/CNN would be appreciated.

This is a beautiful brand new facility which is a fabulous location. They recommended an amazing restaurant, Le Logge Del Vignola. Absolutely fabulous and reserved a private table at the last minute. Bathroom had a double jacuzzi tub, beautiful views, staff are very willing to ensure a happy stay.

We stayed at this fantastic hotel in Montepulciano for a few nights as part of our road trip through Italy. The location was great, with stunning views and just a short walk from the main town. The staff were incredibly friendly and helped us secure a reservation at a sought-after restaurant nearby. The spa at the hotel was superb and we had a relaxing evening there. The continental breakfast was delicious and the room was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed a wine tasting experience in the hotel's private cellar, which was highly recommended.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were clean and nice, the beds were comfortable, and the reception staff were helpful. The swimming pool was nice too.
The restaurant was a big disappointment. The food was not at all of good standard, and represented very poor value for money. Also, the rooms were located 200m away from the hotel down a steep hill, which seemed an incongruous location, and an unnecessary one too. In between the two was a building site - not very appealing. Parking is clearly a problem too as no one wants to park far away from the hotel facilities.

All members of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and always available. Especially Sylvia helped us a lot when he had to get our car fixed during our stay in Montepulciano. The rooftop pool offers an amazing view of the Montepulciano "skyline", the spa is just perfect.

I loved everything about this hotel except for the small bathroom and shower. All the rest wasd perfect. An outstanding and gorgeous place.
Small whirlpool showers. Too tight, unconfortable.even to thin people like us. I can imagine to bigger people.

We had a wonderful stay at Etruria Resort & Natural Spa. The location was perfect for exploring the Tuscan region, and the spa provided a much-needed break from sightseeing. Our room was spacious with a lovely view, and the shower, although a bit unique, was refreshing. We enjoyed pre-dinner drinks at the bar with a nice outdoor setting. The spa facilities were excellent, and the treatments were great. The breakfasts were also plentiful and satisfying. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed in the "annex" which was actually a seperate block 400m away - which was reached by walking through a building site and a hugely steep hill! There was no bar and no tea/ coffee available and a lot of dog dirt as dogs were allowed

The hotel facilities were excellent, the spa is wonderful. The location is within walking distance to the town and has wonderful country side views. The staff were extremely helpful. Overall, it was a pleasure to stay at a hotel; we particularly enjoyed the fact that the hotel did not feel crowded.
